The city of Oneonta, NY hosted a spring festival in conjunction with a few schools in the area. There were bands (including Robert Randolph and Blues Traveler), slides, mechanical bulls, balloons, jugglers, etc.

Good images. That kid eating cotton candy had a very interesting technique. It sort of mirrored the quitar players motions in a way.
